Lesson taught at YOUR farm, on your horse, availability strictly limited

Sales horses remain in monthly training .  Marketing materials, such as photography and video, as well as communication with potential buyers and negotiations, for a 10% commission on the final sale price. !st month non-refundable.  Every month after the training/maintenance fee is eligible to be pro-rated for sales that occur prior to the 3rd week of that month.  Lessons are not included.  

$2/mi door to door, loaded or unloaded, for trips  up to 1000 miles.  Trips over 1000 miles billed at $1/mile.  Minimum charge $100.  

For customers who have also paid hauling. Includes coaching and use of fly sprays, bathing items, and show prep grooming sprays, etc

For customers who have NOT also paid hauling. Includes coaching and use of fly sprays, bathing items, and show prep grooming sprays, etc

Including but not limited to- hotel, rental car, furniture, tack rooms, feed rooms, VIP areas, etc...

Storage for large items- for example, trailers, vehicles, other large equipment.  Billed at 1/2 month amount until the 15th , any time after that accrues full month. 

Carts, drags, and other mid-sized equipment.  Billed at 1/2 month until the 15th.  Any time after that accrues full month charge.

Applies to any equipment left - including but not limited to blankets, saddles, grooming supplies, etc. -  that do not have an associated horse in residence for 3 months.   At the 3 months and one day mark, these items will become property of Dawn Gilbert Show Horses LLC, and may be dispensed, used, or disposed of as they see fit.
