We love finding that diamond in the rough, developing them into something special, and then finding just the right home for them. It is literally the motivation that gets us up in the morning; even when we are exhausted... and it's raining... or more likely, snowing.
We do that for ourselves, AND we offer the same service to our clients. We understand that not all equine relationships are destined to last forever. Maybe you're moving up the competitive ranks. Perhaps you've changed disciplines. Possibly, life has just done a 180 and having horses isn't currently in the cards for you. Whatever the reason, we are happy to offer our brokering services. For less than the cost of monthly training, we will take your horse, make them the best version of themselves they can be, maintain them that way, and provide all the marketing - videos, photos, advertising ,etc., handle all inquiries - sifting through the tire kickers and the casually interested to find the right buyer for your horse, and, should you desire, negotiate on your behalf. Commission at the end of the process, for everything above and beyond training, is 10% on the final sale price (not the asking amount) .
